Family Scheduler 1.1 (for Windows) helps busy families stay organized and aware of each other's activities and events. It merges the schedules of family members to create shared or individual calendars that can cover everyone, a single person, or just some of the family. Users can print or browse calendars that cover a day, a week, or a user defined period. Family Scheduler lets you schedule repeating activities (even irregularly occuring activities) and/or several people with one entry. Automatic schedule checking alerts the user to schedule conflicts for anyone involved with the activity and to events scheduled for a holiday or other special period.
Famliy Scheduler is distributed as a fully functional, evaluation version with complete on-line documentation. Customers have 21 days to evaluate the program. After 21 days (plus a 14 day grace period to allow for mail), access to unregistered Family Scheduler is delayed. The delay increases by one second every day after the grace period has ended. On registration ($19), customers receive the access code that removes any delay and the registration reminder screen. Registered users can register upgraded versions of Family Scheduler for free for one year. Customers can call or e-mail for support before or after registration.

Distributors of Diskettes/CD-ROM
You may distribute Family Scheduler on diskette or CD-ROM to the public or for commercial purposes, either alone or with other programs, under the following conditions:
1) All Family Scheduler program and documentation files are included in the distribution (see FSLIST.TXT).
2) If a fee is charged or other compensation is received for the diskette/CD-ROM, there is a label or cover on the diskette/CD-ROM or its packaging displaying a statement to the affect that any fee paid to acquire the diskette or CD-ROM does NOT entitle the buyer to use Family Scheduler beyond the evaluation period without registering the program. This statement must be visible to the customer before purchase. A statement to this affect covering all programs included in the diskette or CD-ROM is acceptable.
3)You agree to cease distribution of Family Scheduler within 60 days of receiving written notice from Madrigal Soft Tools Inc.
We request, but do not require, that you inform us of any distribution by diskette/CD-ROM to the public or for commercial purposes. Distributors who contact us will receive priority in our distribution of updated versions.
BBS Operators
Operators of electronic bulletin board systems may post Family Scheduler for downloading by their users without written permission provided all Family Scheduler program and documentation files are included for downloading (see FSLIST.TXT). SYSOPS are requested to use the name FSCH1.ZIP for the file archive whenever possible.
In all other situations, no fee, charge, or other compensation may be accepted or requested by anyone for the copying or distribution of Family Scheduler without the expressed written permission of Madrigal Soft Tools Inc.
